Shipping policy

We use Easyship to fulfil all orders. This ensures reliable, tracked delivery worldwide with major carriers such as Royal Mail and UPS. Easyship automatically selects the best available option for your order based on destination, weight and service level.

Processing times

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri) after payment clears.

Delivery times

Estimated times once dispatched (may vary by carrier and destination):

  • UK: 2–4 working days
  • Europe: 5–10 working days
  • Rest of World: 7–15 working days

Please note these are estimates; peak seasons, customs checks and remote areas can add time.

Tracking

Every order includes full tracking. You will receive tracking details by email once your parcel ships. If you do not receive tracking or it does not update, contact us and we will investigate with Easyship and the carrier.

Duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or customs fees. Easyship provides these at checkout where available. If not shown, these remain the customer’s responsibility on delivery.

Address accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery issues

If a parcel is delayed, damaged or marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days at support@frebps.com. We will raise a case with Easyship and the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.
