Dispatch & handling
- Orders are packed securely. Items in the same order may be consolidated to reduce shipping cost.
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Tracking
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. It may take up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for the first scan to appear.
Important: Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs inspections, weather, peak periods, or remote-area routing can extend transit times. We cannot expedite customs processing.
Duties, taxes & customs
- Shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees depending on the destination and contents.
- Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these amounts are payable by the recipient directly to the carrier or customs.
- Amounts paid to carriers/customs are not refundable by us.
Address requirements
- Provide a complete address in the local language where required, and a contact phone number.
- We cannot deliver to restricted addresses (e.g., some PO boxes, military bases) in certain countries.
Delivery issues
- Lost or damaged: Contact us with photos and tracking details. See Refund & Return Policy for timelines and evidence required.
- Missed delivery/RTS: If the parcel is returned to sender due to non-collection, wrong address, or unpaid duties, we can reship (additional postage) or refund the item price less original shipping once received back in good condition.
Product restrictions
- We ship export-compliant, non-liquid, dry goods only.
- Local import rules may change; orders that cannot legally be imported will be cancelled/refunded where applicable.
Tips: Use a daytime address and keep your phone available for carrier/customs contact. Track your parcel and arrange redelivery or pickup promptly if attempted.
