Ordering
Can I change my address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the parcel hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to update it. Once with the carrier, changes may require a re-route by the carrier.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been packed, we can cancel and refund. If already dispatched, please see our Refund & Return Policy.
Important: Once an order is handed to the carrier, we can’t guarantee address changes or delivery time adjustments.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Most tracked services show an estimated 3–8 business days where available. Customs and local carrier operations can add time.
Do you ship to my country?
Rates are shown at checkout if service is available to your address.
Payments
Which payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and regional wallets (WeChat Pay, Alipay) where available. See Payment Methods.
When will I receive my refund?
After approval and processing, refunds appear according to your card/wallet issuer’s timeframe.
Tips: Add your phone number at checkout so carriers can contact you if needed; it reduces delivery issues.
