Refund & Return Policy

Clear, simple guidelines for returns and refunds. Please read carefully before sending anything back.

Summary: Customers may return items within 30 days of receiving an order. Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be returned in new condition, by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. No restocking fees apply. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and issued to the original payment method. Duties/taxes paid to carriers or customs are not refundable by us.

Eligibility

  • Items must be in the same condition received, unused, and (where applicable) in original packaging.
  • Food items: we cannot accept returns of opened packages unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Returns must be authorised in advance via email before you send anything back.

How to request a return

  1. Email info@frebps.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, photos (if damaged/incorrect), and a brief description.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions (including the return address and any labels if needed).
  3. Package items securely. We aren’t responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Important: Returns sent without authorisation, outside the 30-day window, or not meeting eligibility may be refused or refunded only in part.

Refunds

Once the returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time is within 14 days after receipt of the return. Shipping charges, and any duties/taxes paid to carriers or customs, are not refundable by us.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Please email us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, and affected items. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non-returnable items

  • Perishable goods and products with export restrictions.
  • Opened food items (unless faulty/damaged on arrival).
  • Items not in their original condition or returned beyond the authorisation terms.
Tips: Keep packaging until you’re sure you’ll keep the items. Photograph parcels on receipt and before returning—this helps if a carrier damages the shipment.

Delivery times may vary by carrier and customs. Duties and taxes may be payable by the recipient. We do not store payment card details; payments are processed by the platform and payment service providers. For assistance, contact: info@frebps.com.
